- Patents
Inventions or creations by the company that require intellectual property rights protection shall be immediately submitted for application through a professional patent firm. The R&D unit shall assist in completing related procedures, such as application and defense. Before the patent is approved, reports or records of the R&D process for the intellectual property shall be properly preserved to serve as evidence for the IP application. Through effective maintenance and utilization of patent portfolios in various countries, the company's competitive advantage in the global market is strengthened, and patent resources that align with environmental and social sustainability goals are created, thereby protecting the company's R&D achievements and technological leadership. - Trademarks
The company employs professional trademark firms to manage trademark applications and maintain a comprehensive system for trademarks. This process includes risk assessment, strategic layout, usage compliance, and infringement control to protect the company's rights globally and enhance market recognition and competitiveness. - Trade Secret Protection and Management
